Young filmmakers, grades ranging from five through 12, submitted original works to the sixth annual Daniel A. Citron Film Festival, held Friday, April 8 2016. Loyola Blakefield student Brett McLoughlin won the grand jury prize for "Drone."

Following lists the winner and runner up for each category, respectively. Impressed with the quality of the films entered by the youngest filmmakers, the judges decided to award a prize to each entry in the elementary/middle school category.
